Changing Banaras: Changes are visible after the start of projects

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the people of Kashi have started getting the benefits of the schemes and projects started in the last four years. He mainly mentioned Ujjwala Scheme, Perishable Cargo Centre, Gas Pipeline Scheme. Told that more people will also benefit from these schemes. 

The PM said that Kashi has joined the select cities where cooking gas has started being supplied through pipelines. So far, connections have reached the homes of eight thousand people. Now the pipeline will reach 40 thousand families. Told that 60 thousand people of Banaras are getting benefits under the Ujjwala scheme. Women of so many families have got relief from smoke. The farmers of the district have started getting the benefits of the perishable cargo center started near Rajatalab station in July. The quality of goods has increased. Farmers are keeping their goods safe here to send them out. The farmers here will also get the benefit of the International Rice Research Centre. Said that Kashi is being developed under Sabka Saath-Sabka Vikas.
